Solution for ESMA - Money Market Funds reporting
To comply with the new requirements, we provide an efficient solution
to transmit your MMF report to the Luxembourg authority.
Reporting obligations
Luxembourg scope
According to Article 37 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1131 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 June 2017 on money market funds, the manager of a MMF must report information to the competent authority (CSSF) of the MMF, at least on a quarterly basis or – for MMF with assets under management of less than €100 million – on at least an annual basis.
The CSSF requires that the reporting files are submitted electronically until 30 days after the end of the corresponding quarter/year. The CSSF will transmit to ESMA the reporting information.
The MMF Managers will have to report to the National Competent Authorities in September 2020 quarterly reports for both Q1 and Q2 reporting periods.
